Bank Transfer

Please clearly specify your name and registration ID in the bank transfer remarks

Note: The payer bears all charges of the payment, i.e. the remittance amount, the charges of the payer's payment service provider, as well as all the charges of the other payment service providers (intermediary and payee's payment service provider) and the payee receives the full remittance amount.

Replacement and Cancellation

  • Replacement or Cancellation requests must be notified in writing / email to the Congress Secretariat.
    • Before 15 Jan 2025 - Refund with $150 administration fee and complimentary replacement.
    • Before 15 Feb 2025 - Refund with $250 administration fee and complimentary replacement.
    • From 15 Feb 2025 - No refund and administration fee of $100 for replacement.
  • Refunds will be processed within one month after the congress by telegraphic transfer or credit card facilities.

Terms and Conditions

  • Only the forms of payment listed above are acceptable.
  • Registrations are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
  • Registration fee applied will be based on the date of payment.
  • Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the registrant.
  • Please do not forward any values by mail. The Organizing Committee and Congress Secretariat will accept no liability for any loss.

Insurance and Liability

  • By registering for the congress, you agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat accept any liability. 
  • Participants are required to make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
  • In case of strikes, flood, fire, “force majeure” or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Committee resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the congress (and of any part of its programme), neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat will be held liable.
