VISA TO SOUTH KOREA

KOREA ELECTRONIC TRAVEL AUTHORISATION (K-ETA)
The Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA) is a system that allows nationals of visa-free entry countries to obtain travel authorization by submitting personal and travel-related information online before entering the Republic of Korea.

K-ETA Application Process
Apply at least 72 hours before boarding your flight or ship to Korea. The application can be made through the official website or mobile app, and the fee is 10,000 KRW. The approval result can be checked within 72 hours after application submission via the "Check Application Result" on the K-ETA official website. Once approved, travelers can board flights and ships bound for Korea.
With a valid K-ETA, travelers are exempt from completing the arrival card and can use the dedicated K-ETA lanes for a faster and more convenient immigration process.

Exemption from applying K-ETA
Passport holders from the following countries/regions are exempted from applying K-ETA:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
They can apply e-arrival card instead to can use the dedicated K-ETA lanes for a faster and more convenient immigration process.
E-ARRIVAL CARD
Foreigners who are visa holders or enjoy exemption from applying K-ETA can conveniently fill out their Arrival Card online in advance, which must be submitted during immigration.
